Swab (Molecular/PCR) Test
For people that currently have symptoms of COVID-19. This test identifies the presence
of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes the COVID-19 disease. A long swab is used to collect
material from the back of the nose where it meets the throat.
This test is available for age two and up. See additional details below for pediatric
appointments.

Test results are delivered within 24-48 hours through a secure, online account.
Spike Protein IgG Antibody (Serology) Test
For people who want to know if they had an antibody response to their COVID-19
vaccination or if they have had a natural infection. This blood test does not require
fasting or dietary restrictions. The COVID-19 Spike Protein IgG antibody test is
designed to detect IgG antibodies (also known as immunoglobulins).
This test is available for age two and up. See additional details below for pediatric
appointments.

of $89, which will not be billed to insurance. Payment is made at the time you book the
appointment.
Test results are delivered within 5-10 days through a secure, online account.
